Ontario Job Summary
As a member of The BeautyRoute.com field sales team, youll be responsible for maintaining and expanding a portfolio of professional salon accounts that sell the companys products in the listed territory. You will work closely and communicate frequently with the Business Development team (based at the corporate headquarters) to increase brand exposure and sales with a high level of professionalism. Most importantly, you will travel on a regular basis to conduct in-person visits with accounts.

Responsibilities and Duties
Visit important accounts in person and develop relationships with staff
Train local staff on important product details and promotions
Plan and implement product displays on-site
Identify, recruit, and onboard new accounts
Maintain a consistent territory schedule for visits and check-ins
Qualifications and Skills
1-2 years of sales experience in the cosmetics/beauty industry
Excellent team player capable of independent/self-motivated work
Confident, proactive communicator with an attention to detail
Strong organizational and scheduling skills
Ability to use computers, the internet, and Instagram with ease
Willingness to travel frequently within the listed territory
This is an independent representative position with commission-only compensation.
